Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following genuine cases:

  • Payment completed but product not delivered

  • Duplicate payment for the same product

  • Technical issues where the product is completely unusable and support fails to resolve it

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of purchase.

  • Valid proof of payment and issue details must be provided.

  • Refund approval is solely at the discretion of The Sise / toolkit.thesise.in.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
